Where do I start when designing an outdoor kitchen or fireplace?

The first step is determining the ideal location for your outdoor kitchen or fireplace within your outdoor space. Most new construction homes are being built with pre plumbed walls for water and gas, which helps narrow down a spot for some homeowner’s. If there are no noticeable hook ups in your outdoor area, you will want to consider factors like, smoke ventilation for the grill or plumbing if you are considering a sink or ice maker. Once the location is decided, we will guide you through all your options.

How long does it take to design a custom outdoor kitchen?

Once the location of the outdoor kitchen or fireplace has been decided, designing and creating the drawing is only a days work. We work along with the homeowner to create the exact layout that works best for them. We will modify the drawing as many times as necessary until you are completely satisfied.

Can you match my outdoor kitchen style to my home’s design?

YES! Between our many cabinet and countertop options, there are endless possibilities. All of the cabinetry is fully customizable. We can match any style with the cabinet colors and door designs that we offer. We also don’t limit your choice of countertops to certain colors or levels.

Materials & Construction

What materials do you use for cabinets?

We supply Polymer Cabinets which are made from high density polyethylene(HDPE). They are durable, waterproof, and low maintenance. They don’t rot, rust, warp, or fade.

We also offer sturdy aluminum frames that we can fully customize. We use the frame for our stucco and teak cabinets. They are also used for stack stone or tile finishes. They include an aluminum sheet bottom to keep your things off the ground.

Which countertop material holds up best outdoors?

We direct homeowner’s to choose between granite or Dekton. Granite is one of the toughest natural stones that can handle heat from grills and holds up well against sun, rain, and humidity. It won’t fade quickly or deteriorate.

Dekton countertops are ultra durable and scratch resistant. They are also non porous and UV resistant so if your outdoor area gets a lot of direct sunlight or exposure from the weather, this would be our recommendation.

Do you handle plumbing, electrical, and gas connections?

We contract out any work related to plumbing, electrical, and gas. We do not hold these licenses.

Appliances & Features

Can I choose any brand of grill or refrigerator?

We supply brands that we trust. We stand behind their quality, performance, and long term durability. Our chosen grills, refrigerators, and accessories combine premium materials like 304 or 316 stainless steel with reliable warranties. If you have a preferred choice of appliance, we will not rule out other brands.

Do you install pizza ovens, side burners, and griddles?

YES! You are not limited to only a grill! If you are looking into having other cooking options, we will work this into your outdoor kitchen design.

Can I include a sink, ice maker, or beverage center?

OF COURSE! We will design an outdoor kitchen to include whatever suits your needs.

Are the appliances weatherproof and rust resistant?

YES! We chose brands that are outdoor rated and work best in the Florida climate. The appliances are built using stainless steel 304. It is corrosion resistant, durable and a long lasting polished finish.

Customization & Add-Ons

Can you build seating areas, bar tops, or islands?

YES! Everything we do is fully customizable. We will work side by side with you to create your dream space.

Do you offer fireplaces or fire features too?

YES! We supply fire features for your outdoor or indoor space.

Can I add lighting, outlets, and/or a pergola/awning?

YES! No project is too big or too small. We can create and build whatever you envision.

Pricing & Process

How much does a custom outdoor kitchen typically cost?

There is a very wide price range for custom outdoor kitchens. We will give you all the options for your budget.

Do you offer financing?

We do not offer financing. We split the total amount into two payments. We require half down to get material and appliances ordered.

Is there a warranty on materials or workmanship?

YES! We do not supply anything that does not have a warranty. Homeowner’s are encouraged to get their appliances signed up for each companies warranty program.

100% of all workmanship is covered for a lifetime. We stand by all our work so if anything happens to your outdoor kitchen or fireplace, we are just one call away.

What’s your typical timeline from design approval to completion?

Our typical timeline is 4-6 weeks. There are occasional speed bumps when working with fabricators and placing orders but we like to give homeowner’s the longer timeline for these reasons.
